This has been a wild year for me - a lot of bad and a lot of good. One thing I have learned in 2023 is to cultivate my relationship with myself. You have to love yourself. You have to fight tooth and nail to love yourself, especially when you don’t. Happiness is out there, but you have to build it up within first. Take the shower. Accept the invite. Send the text. Get your medication. Get in therapy. Challenge self-hating thoughts. Put yourself out there. Fail. And try again. SAY YES MORE! Look in the mirror and tell yourself how loved you are - because you love yourself. You will begin to believe it.
I’m going to continue building myself up in 2024. There’s so much beauty to discover! Here’s to me, and to all the hot ass outfits and lewks ahead of me. 😘
